    What it means is that with 51 votes, any majority can do anything it wants on any day in the United States Senate.
    Whereas, currently the Senate can BLOCK anything it wants with a single person filibustering. Where is the logic there?

    Sometimes "a Majority" is just that "a Majority". And that's acceptable when passing a bill. You can't simply stop everything from moving because one Turtle is feeling unhappy about things.
