    IIRC, the Windsor case was regarding Federal estate taxes, and their (retroactively-ruled-improper) imposition under Federal DOMA law.

    I don;t know for sure whether Ohio has an estate tax or not, but it seems to me (obligatory IANAL disclaimer), that the Arthur/Obergefell matter falls under State (OH) law: not the same situation.
