      just how ineffective the NSA has been at stopping terrorism.  Boston Marathon bombing is probably the clearest example of how badly the NSA has botched things despite wasting billions of tax payer dollars lining the pockets of private contractors while destroying our Constitutional rights.

        that the NSA's defenders will actually point to egregious failures as examples of their success -- e.g., Mumbai.  You want to say, "Dude, 165 people died!  This is success?!?"
