At least the oppressive churches that preach guilt because we're all born sinful. And the con-artists, who preach "prosperity theology." And the churches that harbor pedophiles. And the churches that provide no leadership opportunities for women. And the churches that deny science. But most importantly, the churches that don't remember the real teaches of Jesus to feed the poor, heal the sick, practice peace, and love thy neighbor.

Those faux established churches listed above are scared that their young people will eventually walk away. Who will be left to put money in the Sunday offering plate? So they want the power to join religion to government and proselytize and fish for new converts. Personally, I see most of established Christian churches, the ones that chase after power and wealth, as being evil, because theocracy by its very nature is evil. You cannot force people against their will to believe something that their minds reject.

Thank you very much, but I'm a Buddhist. We don't try to convert anyone. People don't get any Buddhist teachings, unless they first ask for them.

The Republican brand is totally bankrupt.
