    believe it or not, this past weekend, I did go and look at building supplies!!  LOL  And this doesn't include the fact I still have pavers I picked up for an area I want to put down stone!!!  bleh.  Too much to do, no time... and too many mosquitos!!!

    As it is, my knees are really killing me this week.  Dunno what happened.  Something went twanging on Monday and they haven't been the same since.  I must have pulled or snapped something... I gotta just ice and rest them.  bleh... I have too much to do and can't just sit around!!!

    That RoS really is quite pretty.  So much more blue than I remembered last year.  It really stands out.  The center is a deep maroon.  Maybe that's why when the flower's fully open it may look a little more lavender than blue.

      ... my Stairmaster is giving me a little knee pain.  I know an elliptical would probably be a better machine for me, but in another year, i will have had this Stairmaster forever.  It's still in perfectly good working order, so it's hard to accept that it should probably be replaced.  Next year, maybe ...

      As for your twanged knees ... I know the ice part is probably easy for you.  The rest part, not so much!  But rest you must.

        Are a pain for me!! Lol

        The elliptical has been best for me.  I can't do the really high cross ramp setting (where the stride has more lift) because it's a strain on the knees (but good for muscle workout) so i stay in the middling setting. But it's good for cardio and helps to keep my knees loose... Which I think I definitely need to keep up.

        I could walk on a treadmill, but would not be able to run because of the impact on the knees.

        Bleh.  Believe me, the trainer works me out enough these days that i should be flinging 50lb bags of manure without a sweat soon! Lol.
