    Emotions aren't there just to torment us, they also exist to tell us when we're on the right track.

    You can focus on what you WANT or you can focus on what you DON'T WANT. It's always your choice, and your emotions will weigh in with how it feels.

    Gratitude is about focusing on what you want and appreciate and brings to you more of the same.
