From jacksonville.com , this could have turned into a tragedy...A 62-year-old man was arrested  for assault with a deadly weapon. He hit a car driven by a younger man, and when the two pulled over into a parking lot, the defendant pulled out his gun. He pointed it at the younger driver and his male passenger, stating “I have the Stand My Ground Law.” After he repeated it several times, the young men asked why he was pointing his gun at them, and to put it away. They then called police. The defendant told police that the younger driver had cut him off, and that he knew he was upset, so he pulled out his gun to show he was armed.
