Soundcloud must be on the fritz today.

Anyway... thanks for sharing this.  I know you're looking for reactions, but I'd also like to hear more from you about how you put this together, and how the topic led you to the form, etc.

Very Erik Satie, by the way.

I'll definitely delve more into the specifics of creating these sorts of songs in another diary.
Thank you for the positive comment, also. As you can probably tell from the dairy, I can be pathologically hypercritical of myself and my own ideas, so I was unsure as to whether I should share this eccentric idea with a wider audience.
In the end, I decided I would; since the idea meant a lot to me, I assumed it would speak to at least a few others.

This is generally a good place to share ideas, as long as you're not discouraged by some pushback. We're a rather opinionated lot sometimes, but there's a strong and supportive community here if you make yourself part of it.

Good start today. Note that your diary got republished by the "Community Spotlight" group -- that's the meaning of the system-assigned "Rescued" tag. That group reads every diary posted and selects only a handful they regard as the best to be highlighted in that way. It's quite an honor. Congratulations!

Welcome from the DK Partners & Mentors Team. If you have any questions about how to participate here, you can learn more at the Knowledge Base or from the New Diarists Resources Diaries. Diaries labeled "Open Thread" are also great places to ask. We look forward to your contributions.
