    I just worry that it will happen.  I worry Cuomo will put his ambition ahead of the water supply.

    This would raise the cost (to the 'fair' price) and make it more likely water supplies are ameliorated or replaced.

      the country (world?) is so fucked up we should all be making our wills.    

      Senseless violence and overwhelming greed, hate, and indifference seems to have trumped everything.

        no way they'd frack in NYC watershed

        but upstate at risk under current proposals

          Frackers will win simply by conceding any rights to frack in NYC's watershed.  They'll get to frack the rest of the state, and the interests of the city, which dominate our state legislature, will be satisfied enough that too many people won't care.
