    .  . a nuclear bomb is blown up in one of our harbors, destroying a large city and incinerating thousands, these matters of NSA data gathering will seem silly to us that are lucky enough to survive.

    Joseph Oppenheimer was asked how such an event could be prevented and he replied, "with a screwdriver". Each and every shipping crate must be opened up and inspected. That cannot happen without a tarrif to pay for it and  an end to the idiotic practice we call "free trade".

    Once tarrifs are in place, NSA data gathering may no longer be necessary.
