      Jury of the defendant's peers is a requirement by law, and I delineated them. It is not the only requirement. A jury of non-peers that is incapable of deciding the unproven actions of the victim, because they cannot imagine what it was like for the victim, is a disservice to justice. It's one-sided, a clear source of bias.

      It was indeed the hallmark of the worst unjust trials where civil rights were clearly violated, in the darkest days before the Civil Rights Revolution pushed it back.

      That is why I blamed the Florida prosecution. The defense did it's job far better, especially in getting that jury, than the prosecution did in getting a jury it could persuade to get justice for the victim.
