    you tell me what rule you admit that under.

    and if you want to admit "State of Mind"
    the Defense would introduce "State of Mind"
    evidence that TM was "Raging and Violent"
    because he had been Kicked out of his mothers
    house the day before was halfway across the
    state from his Girlfriend and was angry
    because of losing a fight in school 2 days before.

    You can see where that goes, which is why
    they don't admit "State of Mind", easily.

    To admit evidence against GZ you then need to make the
    jump that he was violent, he could have just as easily
    in that mind gone off drinking, or chosen to speed, etc...

    To win a case you need evidence not wild theories.
