This is a diary about the Trayvon Martin case and the comment you uprated is a threadjack in violation of site rules, as confirmed in this comment by Meteor Blades.

Your claim about "pack censorship" is disingenuous. You have been one of the biggest defenders of George Zimmerman on this site and it's clear that you uprated the comment because you don't agree with the underlying message of the diary and want to see it get derailed.

I want to see it get derailed???!!!

Perhaps the pertinent point in the community guidelines is that threadjacking "truly is subjective."  So, whatever.

For what it's worth, I have never been a Zimmerman "defender."  Don't like him, never did.  Believed the police had not properly investigated the shooting.  Was pleased to seem him charged.
My views on it changed somewhat as more evidence came in, and the lack of evidence became more apparent.
You will find zero comments in which I "defend" Zimmerman, beyond stating that a murder conviction requires a standard of evidence that wasn't met, that it is not illegal to follow someone as Zimmerman did, and that if Martin struck Zimmerman first, then in my view he initiated the confrontation.  Those views would apply to anyone in those circumstances, even George Zimmerman.
