    history of the Syrian civil war, however, his theory makes a lot more sense and is a lot more credible than yours, though.

    It doesn't require a big stretch of the imagination to think it likely that a dictatorship's military that has a military doctrine that entails tactical cw use would actually use those chemical weapons in warfare, you know?  Especially when that country has some of the largest chemical weapons stockpiles in the world.
