    There is a big difference between being popular with the public and being popular inside the Senate, though.  Always has been and always will be.  Also, FWIW, more often than not the more popular a Senator is with the public, the less likely they are to be super popular amongst their colleagues.

    In any case, inside the Senate bubble it takes time to build credibility.  Two of these Senators are brand new.

    I doubt that any one of them will change their vote to a yes, but I would not hold my breath that their stated position will be hugely influential with the other more tenured Senators in the Democratic Caucus.
