    all you need, really, to respond to that, is point out the obvious:

    1) Obstructionism was going on prior to this "declaration"
    2) Obstructionism would be going on in the absence of this "declaration".
    3) Obstructionism is happening right now, despite this "declaration"
    QED. To say "a no vote would change how Congress works with this President" is a hollow, empty, propagandistic argument.

    This all started with "what the Republicans did to language".
