      is the best way to describe it ... they lost their humanity.... specifically one program in the DOD that is the goal and the rationale says their training prepares them to resist enemy torture if they are being held in enemy prison camps; the program I am discribing is SERE; the wiki notation is cleaned up version of what they do:

      as far as CIA goes: all you have to do is read 'Confessions of an Economic Hit Man' to understand how CIA/NAVY cultivates criminal minds .....

      IMV the United States is a military oligarchy with a facade of  our boutique democracy (wealthy ruling elite individuals and corporations have  their armies of lobbyists to spread money around so that the rules written by Congressional for the economy/society are written in their favor) ;

      and it has been so since 1947 when the National Security Act was signed and enacted; that act gave the military intelligence and security intelligence agencies BLACK BUDGETS no oversight of any kind for covert programs, no accountability; that was the defacto shift into a military oligarchy;

      Unrestricted power to act at one's own discretion;
      extreme training is what any military hopes to have; lets face it they want the biggest bastards in the world to be their bastards but the BLACK BUDGET gives them carte blanche to hide crimes against humanity forever.....

        The U.S. Army and CIA interrogation manuals are seven controversial military training manuals which were declassified by the Pentagon in 1996. In 1997, two additional CIA manuals were declassified in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by the Baltimore Sun. The manuals in question have been referred to as "the Torture Manuals" by many US media sources.

        The American people know the system is rigged against them and they want us to level the playing field. That's our mandate. That's what we're here to do. ~ Senator Elizabeth Warren, AFL-CIO convention
