It was 71 this morning, headed to 102 or so.  Hubby is going to put the new radiator fan in the car tomorrow morning - the Return of Air Conditioning!

It's International Chocolate Day. Do you prefer American chocolate, or something more International? What is your favorite chocolate?  I love most chocolate, but Belgian chocolate sends me over the moon.
Do you defy superstitions by doing those things that the superstitions warn against (walking under ladders, etc.)?  I don't consciously defy superstitions, but I don't pay much attention to them.  I generally won't walk under a ladder, but it's more a safety consideration than a superstitious one.
Remembering that it's Think Positive Day, would you let your kids take over the kitchen? Have you done so in the past? If so, are your kids good in the kitchen? (If your kids are grownups, maybe the question would work better for grandkids.)  Izzy is only 18 months old, so it's a little early to be thinking about turning her loose in the kitchen.
Are you or any close to you celiacs?  Not that I know of.   If so, have you found any good products or recipes that are as tasty as the gluten-filled things?  I have had ginger snaps made with spelt, and they were pretty good.

A great democracy does not make it harder to vote than to buy an assault weapon. -Bill Clinton
