    A lot of blog posters are going to be collecting a lot of $499 checks.  If I shill for 50 campaigns (there are more races than that in CA), I can pick up a clean $24,950 for some light work.  And the campaigns can still spend boatloads of money with no disclosure.

    Damn.  This is one "make money at home on the Internet" scheme that might really work.

    I'm not against the concept, it's just that the rules won't have the effect they intend to have.
