    by genuine, professional restaurant reviewers.  People with a palate and not a grudge.  I have one for Houston that I rely on.

    But I am also one of those people who when traveling finds great pleasure in "discovering" some unknown hole in the wall.  Sometimes random picking produces a dud, but sometimes I find a treasure.  

    I think the Yelp business model extends to other areas of the internet like Angie's List, etc.  Bad reviews from unknown sources can break a business.  As consumers, are we really being helped by these websites or are we being bamboozled into helping them make money off the deep pockets of the business community?  The BBB has been around a long time to protect us and it is available on the internet for anybody to check out a business and the "official" complaints registered by consumers.  

    We are all in this together.
