    office.  The woman immediately went belligerent and was very hostile.  This was in response to me identifying myself by name and stating I was a  constituent.  I said that  I would like for my rep to attempt to pressure Boehner  to bring the CR out for a vote.  

    Fortunately I was well informed enough to respond pretty well to all but one of her talking points.  

    I didn't realize a rep's office would  respond with hostility.  I thought she would say, "Thank you, your concern is noted."  Instead I got a 10-12 minute Fox News style diatribe.  

    BTW I live in a district that literally lives and dies by the federal dollar.  Neighbors on one side both work for the DoD and one on the other side works for ATF.

      staffer on the phone had a lot of practice lying and no inhibition about it.

        her talking points sheet, and had no idea she was lying.  So I guess you could say she was doing her job.
