    The point is that people who might not know who is running the ads, are seeing ads leading them to incorrect voting information, which could in effect deny them their right to vote.

    We don't have poll taxes in this country anymore, and people shouldn't have to pay for accurate information (or the absence of deliberately inaccurate information) on how to exercise their civil rights.
