    They are VERY difficult to poll because likely participants - especially likely GOP participants - are more apt to "shade" their actual intentions to poll interviewers.

    This is for certain: McConnell does NOT have enough "cred" with Political Evangelicals for them to rally to him without taking "pledges." And Bevin is likely to push the jingoism button by citing Elaine Chao's...just about anything: her likely very comfortable income as member of a number of Corporate Boards, probably some (mostly imagined) role in Chinese economic...again, anything.

    I don't think McConnell has much beside bags of money and the loyalty of the upper crust of Kentucky. That's probably not enough bodies to win a Primary in the TEActivist Era.
