      Obama should have said what the law actually does. "Plans sold before (whatever date) will be grandfathered into reform. If you purchase a plan before that date, you can keep your plan until the insurance companies cancel it."

      at any moment not to "keep" them.  Why they still discuss this as a one way street with the consumer in control baffles me. Someone needs to resurrect the hackeneyed:

        shill rather than do his job is beyond me. It wasn't his place to claim something clearly untrue but which served industry purposes at the time.
