    I hope they can be dealt with soon. In MA Medicaid covers preventative dentristy 2x/yr, and we have dental schools too so a lot of people on budgets go there for treatment, which is sometimes free, sometimes low cost.

    My SNAP just turned over for the month so I got to see my new,reduced amount. I will live.

    I'd read that article you review,too. It struck me that both of them only can eat two meals a day as it is. Also striking is their conundrum if they get jobs that don't pay well or aren't many hours. If they try to supplement their income at all, the amount the get for food stamps and other aid drops. It makes it so they can't afford to work just a little bit, it could result in eating one meal a day or worse instead of two. They need to make enough money to make up for the SNAP loss.

    Hate that they put people in that position. Wish there were a better way. Most people really want to work as much as they are able.

    Raise the minimum wage, please.
