    I get my glasses through VSP, which is a vision insurance company.  They offer a basic service for $13-and-change a month,

    $25 co-pay for doctors visits and glasses or contacts (up to $130 frame value, basic lenses/bifocals) once a year.

    We have no desire to offend you -- unless you are a twit!

      with really high Rx's.  Constant headaches.  Collapsed nose cartilage.

      When I had VSP, I found that a decent pair usually wound up running me $150+.    Cheaper than without, certainly.
