    1.  People don't read the credit card or health care disclosures.   That part is meaningless.

    2.  Even if they do read it, if you think you won't get sick, you have not incentive to care.

    3.  If you do get sick, you know you can buy another plan for a slightly higher price next time.  We aren't talking about judicious shoppers.

    4.  When the employer mandate kicks in, how will they get away with saying they don't have to allow employees to keep their old plans.

    5.  The increases due to these changes will hit in the midst of election season.

     Anyone for any of this has to realize they are playing the Sequester game.  

    Selling a Satan Sandwich and calling it an ice cream sandwich.

    If someone supports the successful implementation of ACA and are hopeful for fixes, passing the Upton or Landrieu bill should be the last thing you want to do.

    You are better off taking the hit now, and then going on a marketing blitz about the success stories for a year, a la the Iraq Surge.

      If these healthy people who have these junk policies all allowed to stay out of the exchanges, rates are going to jump just before the election.

      These gutless Dems have 11 months before the election and the website will be signing up millions before then.  Short term gains for long term losses.
