    ordinance, one that may be legally too vague to be enforced (test, roughly stated, is whether a person of ordinary intelligence can tell whether he/she is violating the law), and most importantly, [another] one that will disproportionally affect poor people in inner cities....they not gonna be sniffing the guy on the 5 acre tract.

    and just wait til this technology creeps into other areas.  roadblocks?  concerts?  roadside cameras a la the speed radars?  and let's not forget its use in forfeiture proceedings, where they want to establish that there's probable cause to believe that your property has been "bad" so's they can steal it.

      it by building an airtight room with a it's own double doored airlock in your home.  Or just not smoking it at all.
