  •  Good Evening! (6+ / 0-)

    One and all!

It's a great evening to be alive!

Woo Weeee. First Winter!!-winter storm here in the Four Corners. Many FEET of SNOW! up at elevation, none at the Fella's hut. ...but I'm thinking I can take the woozles snowshoeing tomorrow at 8500', and once the storm is finished & the sun shining--Monday--we an hit the 10,000' foot Andrew's Lake for mega fun. I even ran out & bought a new neck gaiter & snowshoeing gloves @ the local ski swap today, that's how exciting it is!
Oh, yes...me & the woozles are very excited.

Not to brag, but it's the first BIG storm here...and I have all my firewood in the barn, the weeds knocked down from my Summer away on the Fella's land, the Camper o' Joy stowed for the Winter(although I'll be draggin it to the RV Shop to fix the SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS damage it sustained in a hail storm here in September at some point soon, once all the parts come in), and a boatload o' booze & food for the duration of the storm. Yup.

All is well despite my C&J absence. Wheezer is the epitome of a happy, healthy calico(and being a lovey-dovey head-buttin, ankle-rubbin barn cat who achieved 'indoor' status), and of course, my bestest buddies, Fletcher & lil Chris are doin great. We've all been watching our waistline & workin out--so watch out world. My crew is allll primed for some snowshoein, and we are ready to rock in our current snow storm.

    Watch Out World.

    SNOW!! YAY!

Four Paw Drive. It seems to work for them until it gets above 4 feet or so. Then they have to do the porpoise thing in-&-outta the snow. For the first time ever Fletch seemed something other than GUNG HO! COWABUNGA! last time we went. He's getting to be an older gent now-->7. Still the best buddy ever though!
