    It was a great opportunity to go after the GOP and the "Hastert rule" that has the house tied in knots.

    As nice as it is the Senate might get SOME work done.... hopefully ramming the 93 open Judge seats through asap... but the House still has everything tied up and fucked up.

    Again, the DoJ needs to SUE Boehner and the GOP, go after them in a RICO case, on behalf of the American People.

    The House "rule" violates the Constitutional Right to Due Process of the people who elected Democrats to the house.

    It is not just a internal rule with no jurisdiction for the courts, it violates the right of the Democratic voters to have their effective representation. We all now suffer from Taxation without Representation... something that Republicans are usually screaming about like it's the 11th Commandment.

    Even Hastert says this is NOT what it was intended for and is being abused to achieve deadlock and government failure.
