    Prior to ACA, some groups may have chosen to do this, but it is not generally the case.

    Many groups provide allowances to employees for health insurance.  The cost of the plans employees sign up for varies by age and gender.  This was the case at multiple California companies I am familiar with.

    The most important way to protect the environment is not to have more than one child.

      probably 8 companies here in CA, and none of them charge older or younger employees differently or male or female employees differently.

      Now the company offered life insurance most definitely charges you different amounts based on age, but I have never seen an employer health plan that does that.
