    FLSA doesn't require any special consideration for working holidays or weekends - or nights for that matter.

     They do have rules on overtime, as well as some states have enhanced rules on overtime.

     I do know the time and half rules changed not very long ago - and so, it was left to employers to make their own rules on working a holiday and pay.

     I worked for a company that paid out double time and half for working a holiday - when the law changed they moved it to time and one-half.
