  •  She can claim she is "too busy" to watch bankers (6+ / 0-)

Right?  Because the biggest threat to the average Californian is someone growing some pot and selling it to some one through a dispensary.  A HUGE threat to public order, the economy and all that other bullshit.

While "banks" (also known as scam artists) are able to kick some funds to the Fed and get off easy, with no one getting criminal charges and no one going to jail, except on very, very rare occasions.

Basically if you are of average net worth, the world is a dangerous place, while if you are really wealthy and have really good attorneys, the Justice Department is likely to be "too busy" shooting squirrels to bother you.

In my opinion it is completely chicken shit of them.

Eric?  Dude?  Are you listening?  I love you, but it's time to man up and take down some big scum, instead of making life worse for the average Americans.  And you have done many GOOD things, but I'd like to see a bit more parity between actions taken against the "have a lots" and the "have domes".

    Thanks

Unfortunately, it seems that picking on the weak, while letting the powerful skate has been the M.O. of this administration and DOJ since they took office. It's really sad and injust, and I expected a lot better.

If Eric Holder is looking forward to transitioning back into the lucrative, private sector, he should get an early start on it. At the very least, maybe he should focus on things like voting rights and let someone who takes the issue seriously deal with the big banks.
