  •  I dunno; say $48M for two weeks (18+ / 0-)

Or maybe $48M per week for 10 weeks?  I am sure I could hold my breath for a few weeks

    •  So could I (17+ / 0-)

Especially if I could do what I want, but he pays for it.
He just doesn't learn, does he?
Stations and advertizers drop him, yet he still says those things.
I 1st heard him in 92 cuz a guy I worked with listened to him.
It took all of 3 minutes to hate him and I told my coworker I would not tolerate his program being played.
      I won.

Passing a law that the Constitution doesn't allow does not negate the Constitution, it negates the law that was passed. Secret courts can't make up secret laws. SORRY FOR THE TYPOS :)

I was on a long interstate drive somewhere on I-10 when I first stumbled on this abomination. He lasted about 10 minutes before I turned him off, forever. He would've been gone in the first minute as I id'd his fascism but I waited another 9 minutes, slack-jawed with astonishment something like this could even exist.

I knew then we were facing a far right resurgence I had though was waning after Reagan. See how much I knew!

        •  Me too, roughly, but... (4+ / 0-)

I heard him before I'd heard of him. I ran across him on the radio dial and, I swear, I laughed for the first couple of minutes because I thought I'd stumbled onto some perverse comedy monologue.

But there wasn't an obvious punch line and I thought, "My God, this guy is serious! He's not joking!" That was the first and last time I listened to him.

I like to say that I've listened to Rush, but I didn't inhale...

    •  How thick are the ear plugs? (0+ / 0-)

I'd need ear plugs so as not to hear that sleazeball while I practiced my fake expression to even smile a little.  How about hiking the money up to $50 M per week?  Two weeks is my time limit for being anywhere near idiocy.  Prolonged idiocy and I start to question my own sanity.  And he pays but I independently find a doctor to prescribe good tranquilizers so I wouldn't murder him while he jibber-jabbers his crazy blabber and multiple lies.  Oh, and no sex in case stupidity and insanity are contagious.  I would not want to go to jail for murdering the pond scum so I could enjoy the money - after I got myself properly disinfected in a sauna and such after two weeks.

      Might be do-able....
