  •  Ooops, I corrected what I wrote... (5+ / 0-)

I sincerely didn't mean to imply that we know for sure that the police shot him. I saw the line I wrote that implied that and corrected it. thanks.

    •  good for you man (1+ / 0-)

look I want a coroners inquest, i want the family to
do a second autopsy, i want the report made public.

i want a ballistics study and a blood spatter report.

but, it's going to be one of two ways.

look at George Zimmerman,  what walked him was he
shot trayvon martin at zero range.

      that's consistent to self defense.

      •  yeah (0+ / 0-)

I actually agreed with the verdict...and got troll rated around here for it....there was really no evidence I saw presented at the time that contradicted the possibility self-defense.

        •  There were weaknesses in Zimmermans case (0+ / 0-)

but he had IMHO a few major points to a S-D claim

          1) There was a 4 minute gap from the time
GZ said "He's running" to the first scream.
if TM was really running, that was a lot of time to go home or plenty of time to start a fight.

          2) GZ had injuries on his body consistent with getting a beating.

          3) TM had injuries on his hands consistent with a fist fight.

          4) half the witnesses saw TM on top of GZ pounding his ass.

          ===

          the only weaknesses were

          1) 2 witnesses thought he was on top.

          2) the corpse position was a little weird.

but, most crime scenes have hair on them
and this wasn't particularly well investigated at the time.

      •  well while I agree and rec you (0+ / 0-)

I don't agree with you on Zimmerman. What 'walked him' was the willingness of the jury to believe that despite Zimmerman disobeying the instructions of the 9/11 operator he had no culpablity in the issue.

This is entire different from that.
