  •  Another way to demean women... (0+ / 0-)

...as being "too sensitive".  That's what you mean, right?  We, as women, shouldn't be too "sensitive" to the insults we receive, we should just take it, like you "men" do when someone calls you a lady or a fag...right?

in an acronym referring to someone else, you should just take it. Or, you can write two diaries on it and spend hours telling everyone just how terrible it is. Your choice.

    •  ^^^ THIS. This right here is where this diary (7+ / 0-)

      turned into a parody.

Really. He says something about his sensitive penis and you take it to mean he's demeaning women?

      REALLY?

You have a problem with "titty" being used in an insult. You seem to be fine with "dick" being used in an insult. Don't you see the double standard there?

      •  That was the point! (0+ / 0-)

If it is ok to use the word "titties" (which is female), why not use the term "dick" (which is male) instead?  I don't think either is appropriate, just my way of making a point that all the complaining about my post is sexist, and that certain men will only recognize the slur if it is about their bodies and not women's.  They have no problem slurring women, but get really defensive when it is them being slurred.  That's the double standard!
