    taking action, then clearly and distinctly stating what's needed.

    hiring people to rebuild our crumbling infrastructure, retrofitting our buildings, maintaining/upgrading our drinking water systems, and clear out the decades of backlogged projects with the Forest Service and National Parks Service

      Sometimes the urge to do something is frustrated by not being able to think of anything to do.  Yes I know Mark Pryor pays less attention to me than a fly in the room when he wants to be a militant corporatist, but you might say I'm his backup whenever he decides to act like a Democrat.

      And I'll never understand the R aversion to a jobs program.  It's the absolutely cheapest way to get Business all the infrastructure it needs to keep on making those millions of dollars donated to R re-election campaigns.  Can you think of any other investment that immediately turns back from 20 to 30% (payroll taxes) of what you've spent, plus gets you work done, plus gives a multiplier jolt to the economy?
