    Having exercises you love helps tremendously. I'm convinced the reason that my own weight loss was hard, but not as hard as I thought it would be, was that I was exercising before I started my diet. Not enough, clearly, but I got the good habit set first. :)

      outdoors around here I never would have stopped. I love, love, love cycling.

      Fortunately, most of my favorite foods are healthy, but with the stress of my job I often turn to "comfort" foods for lunch instead. And this town has a shitty selection of produce in every single store. I have not been able to find bean sprouts anywhere. Those used to be a staple of my diet- I put them on everything.

      P.S. I am not a crackpot.
