    I don't know anything about the Tatars but what you described reminded me of the way the Chechens were treated. They were uprooted and scattered across Central Asia and their number was diminished when they returned to the Caucasus.

    The Russians haven't treated minorities the way they expect to be treated in the areas where their number is a minority.

    There is no existence without doubt.
