    That's a better message than the one Move On chose. Whoever was responsible for that Move On ad must know the regulations for trademarks and registered terms and chose the ad anyway. So now Move On and controversy are part of the conversation instead of a pure focus on the need to expand health care. For that, I am underwhelmed by Move On's ad.

      The discussion, even on this thread, has now shifted from where it should be to issues of fair use, trade mark and registration, instead of the need to expand health care. Agree with you, totally.
