    So this was not a "vote to restrict gun ownership" as some are claiming, it was a case clarifying what a "misdemeanor crime of domestic violence consists of and as such, whether it applied to him as he felt his crime wasn't sufficiently violent to qualify.
    I mean, if the decision had removed the guy's right to vote because of domestic violence, rather than his so-called "right" to a gun, you can bet damn well we'd all (well, me anyway!) be calling it a restriction on the right to vote.
