    I don't like the boneless ones at all. I don't know what they taste like; it's not horrible or anything, but it's not pork :)

    I'm old enough to remember when it was routine to cook pork to within an inch of its life; my mother would usually fry them in a cast-iron pan and I would get a leftover for breakfast. Maybe it's faulty memory, but they tasted great.
