    "Under the agreement reached with UPS, Local 804 acknowledges that the union’s internal procedures for authorizing a strike were not properly followed on Feb. 26 and we have agreed to communicate the proper procedure to all union members."
    When I'm told that a union local is going on strike, I assume that it's completely legitimate, in that the agreed-upon process was conducted.

    How, exactly, did Local 804 screw that up?  Are we talking about a technicality, or did they try to skip a few steps in the process?

    The word "parent" is supposed to be a VERB, people...
