    The election is still a long way off. The screwing up of the website launch will always be on her.
    There are still things about the ACA that need serious attention.
     The 9.5 % of income for the premium to be considered affordable is a huge issue. Say you have employer based insurance. If you are paying  your premium for 3 dependents the 9.5 % calculation is based on if you as the employee are only covering  yourself.
    E.g If you actually cover 3 people the premium is $200. If you only cover yourself your premium is $50. They base the affordability of employer plan  on the $50 not the $200 that actually is paid. (Google the family glitch and ACA) So there are a lot of people who can't get into the exchange and get subsidies due to this. So they have to go with their employer which is often inferior.

    If things like this part of the law have any chance of being changed it will definitely not happen as long a Sebelius is at the helm.
    There are people still on the fence about the ACA. This move will give them some hope there could be improvements possible.

    I will never understand why most people who have more can't just leave it at that. Nope Instead most of them make it their mission in life to see to it that the others get less and less.
