  •  Start over means what again? (11+ / 0-)

Nothing for you Jane Q. Public. No help, thus no health care, thus you're back where you started at and they'd even like to take the vote off of you if they could.
    Believe it.
Same shit, different brand new bag.

Outcomes don't matter, only rules do.

The rule is: less government, more freedumb.

    •  "Starting over" means stopping (3+ / 0-)

Does anyone really believe that the Republicans in Congress are willing to spend another 18 months debating health care reform in good faith to come up with and pass another entire plan that is acceptable across party lines?

You'd have to be an idiot to believe that.

"Starting over" means destroying the 90% of the Affordable Care Act that is beneficial and positive and casting millions of people adrift with steep consequences to their health, economic security, peace of mind and even their lives.

Even if they were sincere — and they're not — what do they plan to do for people in the year or two or three or ten they are debating this replacement bill? However will they pay for coverage? How will people will pre-existing conditions get coverage? What happens to people thrown off their plan when they get sick?

They have proved by their endless votes to repeal the Affordable Care Act without ever even pretending to have a viable alternative that they are not acting in good faith.

Every single idea the repubs come up with is a terrible one!

Why do republicans HATE the average American so much?!?
We get much more respect from the Taliban!

I can't, for the life of me, figure this one out!
What have we EVER done to them?!?
