    Given that 4 out of the 5 people in that picture have been involved in the leak probe, I think Miers would be a gold mine of info.

    Of course,that information is likely privileged.

    Likely - but not necessarily. Don't forget the all-important crime-fraud exception to atty-client privilege. Given how corrupt this whole gang is, I'm sure Bushco's lawyers don't see much of a line between advocacy and coverup.

      ... to participation in criminal conspiracy.

      And clean or dirty, Miers could conceivably find herself sworn in at proceedings other than the confirmation hearings (before, during, or after).
