  •  Actually he doesn't sound like Obama (none)
Obama bereted the left flank of the party, whereas Kos is pointing out a potential victory. Do you see the difference?
    •  Hmmm, Sen. O must be French (none)

      •  now you are just being a smart ass (none)
which i know you are good at being, but do you see the points of difference yes or no?
        •  Of course I was being a smart ass (none)
and, apparently, I must not be very good at it if you did not get the reference.

Obviously, I don't see a meaningful difference or I would not have made the original comment.  I did not think Obama berated the left flank of the party. I think Kos' comment was consistent with Obama's comment. I think many overreacted to Obama's comment and that the whole topic was  debated literally ad nauseum (and that was also my point). Worse, I have now written the O word 3 times, a circumstance I had hoped to avoid, but probably brought on myself.

between attacking a section of your party versus negotiating to achieve the goals of your party against the Republicans? And if you don't maybe it's not the so-called crazy left that are the only one's who need to reign themselves in.

between attacking a section of my party versus negotiating etc.  Again, I did not see you-know-who's statement as an attack.  I saw it as sound advice. Therefore, I saw no need to attack him and the section of my party represented by his views. Others did. I still think that both Kos's statement and you-know-who's statement were level-headed. Others didn't, of which you are one.
