  •  I will answer a question with questions: (none)
Do you realistically see Tom Delay indicted on three counts of Conspiracy, Money Laundering and Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering?

Do you realistically see several top members of Bush's close circle/staff/cabinet indicted on Criminal Conspiracy under either (or both) the Espioniage and Intelligence Identities Protection Acts?

Given that Bush is President and the Legislature is controlled by the GOP, there is really no way to mount any extended opposition to any of his SCOTUS picks....

Given that the Democrats are most certainly NOT supportive of the revolutionary changes and activities that would be required to actually and substantively deal with the rot eating away at our Republic...

The best option is to confirm the idiot, and to dig into her record AFTER she is confirmed...

And then, if and when Bush and his coterie of morons and corrupt thugs goes down in flames, she goes down with them...

    •  So no opposition then? (none)
Just let her move along since we have no chance of stopping her?

We should just defer everything until some revolutionary Godot comes along and accountability comes sweeping over all branches of government?

As for your questions. No and yes. However, re: DeLay, it doesn't matter. The case will destroy him regardless, if it drags out long enough.

Its MUCH easier to stop her now than after she's confirmed.
