  •  Relief Costs (none / 0)

Bush's upcoming Coronation is scheduled to cost $30-40 million.  Why not send that to aid victims instead of having a one night party of the rich and deluded?

And the polar ice caps have not yet melted, which will cause more misery down the road.

    •  C'mon (1.28 / 7)

      Clinton's cost millions too.

Kerry's would have costs just as much.

      How about being realistic?

      •  I doubt it (none / 0)

Bush's coronation is breaking all the records, as far as expense goes.  We, the taxpayers don't pay for most of it.  His supporters/donors do.  Mostly corporate, I suspect.  I seriously doubt Kerry could have raised this kind of dough from the likes of Chevron and Ameriquest.

      •  I would call on (none / 1)

any President to forgo the PARTY and donate all funds for said party to be diverted to relief to these poor people. The difference between Bush and Kerry or Clinton is we KNOW Bush's ego cannot forgo the night of Worship from his money base.Kerry and Clinton are more compassionate.

Bush continues to show his true colors. Some Christian huh?

Frodo failed....Bush has got the ring!
