    It's hypocrisy to tolerate one side of the transaction and condemn the other.

    The effect is to concentrate drug commerce into highly unstable networks that evade and corrupt law enforcement and maintain control over their lines of supply and distribution through severe violence.

    It's ridiculous to look at the incarceration rates in this country and pretend that there is something different about us as citizens that requires such ridiculous overuse of the state's power to strip us of rights and liberties.
